Binge Box is a registered trademark for themed baskets.  Each basket is a unique blend of gourmet and novelty items.  If we know the age, hobbies, interests, etc. of the person receiving your gift basket, we will include items that will make your gift more personal.   We do not resell or give to a 3rd party any information that is given to us unless required by law.   We do keep information about what we include in each basket so that we do not duplicate novelty items in a second or third basket going to the same person.

How to Order

2)     Send us an email with detailed information about the gift you want and your phone number, etc.  

      For email orders, we will call you for your credit card information.   Please indicate the best time of

      the day or evening to call.  Send email to customer service

3) Fax your order—be sure to include items wanted, name, address, telephone number, credit card information including the expiration date and 3 digit code on the back of your card.

We have a secure shopping cart and accept Visa and Master Cards. Your credit card number is never emailed.  All of your credit card information is placed on a secure site and can only be picked up by Binge Box using a secure login method requiring passwords.

 Additional Information

Most orders are processed within 48 hours.  In order to keep your shipping charges to a minimum, we ship by UPS or US Mail  Although most orders will arrive in 3-4 days,  please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

US sales only.   For purchase over $20 we ship free via ground service.  For purchases under $20 there is a $5 additional fee for shipping and handling.  Special priority handing is extra depending on cost of product and insurance is a flat rate of $5.

When ordering, please include your phone number and/or email address so that we can contact you should we have a question about your order. 

If a product is damaged upon arrival please let us know and make a claim with your carrier.
